Everyone has decided they love fashion, or is it just my social bubble?
Does anyone feel the same??
Okay, for us to start a conversation about fashion, we may have to leave some ideas aside.
Fashion has always been an “everyone’s” content, right?
Fashion magazines aren’t even made for the people who actually have it as a job. They are made for the public, the masses, and so on goes the tons of fashion content that we can find on TV, social media, and other places.
But why are some people getting upset about everyone liking fashion right now? What’s the problem?
And guys, I may not have the right answer, but something comes to my mind when people get asked about their fashion inspirations and the answer is the worst and most meaningless influencer you have ever seen, and cool, they are wearing a MiuMiu top!
Donβt be mad at me, I love MiuMiu.
Miuccia you rock!
Saying the truth to everyone, people who work from inside the industry just don’t like the outsiders.
I have seen it from all sides, and I know not everyone will be an archive-addicted person who saves their earnings to buy a Junya Watanabe 2010 shirt, but why spend it all on fast fashion, I ask?
If you actually want to look cool, try not looking like everyone else, right?

“Wear archive” they said.
I had this same conversation with a friend of mine recently, and it got me thinking: what are the reasons that this type of content has so much power?
I’ll have to come back to this topic… I still need to think about it.
Trying not to go too far from the main content of this text, I feel like the answer is that we feel like people with nothing to say sometimes get the space that could be occupied by someone who truly has something to teach us or to make us think and, in the end, make us consume something in a more meaningful way.
Sometimes it gets very upsetting to see that people follow someone who gives you no other reason to like something other than, “it’s because they like it!”.
Why would someone influence you to buy a black t-shirt? What does this person have to say about this item? Is it just because they are wearing it? Do they actually know something about it?
I don’t think everyone should be an expert or extremely filled with knowledge, but you have to have at least a point in showing things to your audience.
If we feel tired of the social media fashion world, it is because, for us, it is more tiring than fun and interesting.
Some things make us lose our interest.
